進(jìn)口飼料和飼料添加劑變更登記
      Import Feed and Feed Additive Registration of Change

一、 變更登記前提條件 / Precondition for registration of change

     進(jìn)口飼料、飼料添加劑在進(jìn)口登記證有效期內(nèi)
     The feed and feed additive “Import Registration” must be under the valid.

二、 變更登記范圍 / Range for registration of change

    （一）產(chǎn)品的中文或外文商品名稱改變的；
          Changing the Chinese or foreign trade name of product.

    （二）申請(qǐng)企業(yè)名稱改變的；
          Changing the applicant company name of product.

    （三）生產(chǎn)廠家名稱改變的；
          Changing the manufactory name.

   （四）生產(chǎn)地址名稱改變的。
         Changing the manufactory address.

三、 變更登記審批時(shí)間 / Approval time for registration of change

     農(nóng)業(yè)部在受理變更登記申請(qǐng)后10個(gè)工作日內(nèi)作出是否準(zhǔn)予變更的決定。
     China MOA will make the decision that whether permits the modification during 10 workdays after accepting the application for registration. 

四、 申請(qǐng)變更登記機(jī)構(gòu) / Approval institution 

     境外企業(yè)申請(qǐng)進(jìn)口登記變更，應(yīng)當(dāng)委托中國(guó)境內(nèi)代理機(jī)構(gòu)辦理。
     Overseas enterprises apply for registration of import changes, shall entrust an agent in China to deal with.
